His books are anchored in a central belief: leadership is a disciplined practice of ethics, steadiness, and inner clarity rather than a pursuit of titles or outcomes.
His professional journey spans more than four decades in roles that demanded judgement, integrity, and strategic depth. He is a Fellow of three national institutions of repute: the Institution of Engineers (India), the Institution of Marine Engineers (India), and the Institution of Valuers (India). His experience includes being part of the team that negotiated the hull construction of India’s first Indigenous Aircraft Carrier, serving as a diplomat at the Embassy of India in Moscow, and acting as the Single Technical Expert in a high-stakes arbitration led by the former Chief Justice of India. These responsibilities shaped his understanding of complexity, accountability, and the moral weight of decisions: an understanding that now informs his writing.
